    About Three Days Grace

Three Days Grace is a rock band from Norwood, Ontario, Canada, originally formed in 1992 as Groundswell. They played locally before disbanding in 1995. In 1997, the band reformed with a new name, Three Days Grace, and eventually based themselves in Toronto. The founding members were Adam Gontier (vocals and guitar), Neil Sanderson (drums), and Brad Walst (bass). In 2003, Barry Stock joined as lead guitarist, completing the lineup.

The band gained massive success with their self-titled debut album in 2003, followed by One-X in 2006 and Life Starts Now in 2009. These albums achieved platinum certifications in the U.S. and Canada, with One-X being particularly celebrated for its emotional depth and anthemic tracks like “Animal I Have Become” and “Never Too Late.” Their later albums include Transit of Venus (2012), Human (2015), Outsider (2018), and Explosions (2022), showcasing a mix of hard rock and experimentation.
