About Suran
Shin Su-ran (born July 15, 1986) was born in Busan, South Korea. She is a versatile South Korean singer renowned by the stage names Elena, Baily Shoo, and, more prominently, Suran. Her musical journey began on July 9, 2014, with the debut of the duo Lodia and their single "I Got a Feeling." In January 2017, Suran showcased her vocal prowess on MBC's King of Mask Singer, appearing as the mysterious contestant "Skip to the End, Hello" in episodes 93–94, captivating audiences with her talent and leaving a lasting impression.
A pivotal moment in Suran's career unfolded on April 24, 2017, with the release of her digital single "Wine." This collaboration, featuring the creative input of BTS' Suga, Slow Rabbit, and Suran herself, as well as the lyrical prowess of rapper Changmo, earned immense success. "Wine" soared to the second position on the Gaon Digital Chart, boasting over 500,000 digital downloads by the end of May 2017.
