    Shirin David, born Barbara Shirin Davidavicius on April 11, 1995, is a German rapper, singer, and former YouTuber. She started her YouTube career in 2014, gaining over 2.7 million subscribers by 2021. Her popularity grew in 2015 when she was featured on Ado Kojo's hit "Du liebst mich nicht," a cover of Sabrina Setlur’s track. In 2017, she served as a judge on Deutschland sucht den Superstar (German Idol).

    Shirin released her debut single, "Orbit," in 2019, followed by her breakthrough hit "Gib ihm," which topped the German charts. Her debut album, Supersize, came out later that year and also reached number one, making her the first female solo hip-hop artist in Germany to achieve this milestone. The album included hits like "ICE," "Fliegst du mit," and "On Off" with Maître Gims.
