Her unique and genre-bending musical styles have earned her the reputation of being an "atypical pop star." Despite being born and raised in the outskirts of Barcelona, Rosalía's passion for music began at the age of 13 when she became enamored with Spanish folk music.
Her dedication to her craft led her to study musicology at Catalonia College of Music while simultaneously performing at musical bars and weddings.
