Midwxst

Midwxst, born Edgar Nathaniel Sarratt III on June 5, 2003, is an American rapper and singer recognized for his genre-blending music. Signed to Geffen Records, he rose to prominence in the hyperpop and alternative rap scenes. His musical journey began in 2019 under the name Suspect, with his first song "Goat!" featuring his friend Zee6. By 2020, he had released two EPs, valentine and Secrets, with the latter marking his first appearance on major streaming platforms and featuring notable hyperpop artists.

Midwxst's breakout single, "Trying," released in late 2020, gained significant attention and helped him secure a deal with Simple Stupid Records, a Geffen Records imprint.
