Key, born Kim Ki-bum on September 23, 1991, in Daegu, South Korea, is a versatile entertainer known for his work as a singer, actor, and television personality. After moving to Seoul following a successful audition for SM Entertainment, he debuted in May 2008 as a member of the boy band Shinee. The group achieved massive success, becoming one of South Korea’s best-selling artists. Key gained recognition for his singing, dancing, and vibrant personality, which later led him to explore other creative paths.
In music, Key collaborated with artists, including forming the duo Toheart with Infinite’s Woohyun. In 2018, he launched his solo career, releasing the single Forever Yours and his first album, Face. His music showcases his unique style and creative input, as he has also contributed to songwriting for Shinee and his projects.
