Goldie Sohel, born on September 17, 2001, in Guwahati, Assam, is an Indian musician recognized for his work in Hindi and Punjabi music. Coming from a musical family, Goldie developed a passion for music early in life, although he never received formal training. He began learning guitar on his own in the 8th grade. His debut song, "Door Naa Jaa," was released on his YouTube channel in 2013, marking the start of his music career.
In 2015, Goldie Sohel earned a nomination for Best Singer at the Rajasthan Film Festival for his track "Maro Badlo." He continued to expand his musical portfolio by collaborating with Assamese singers for the 2018 film The Underworld. In 2019, he composed the song "Kisi Aur Naal," which was sung by renowned playback singer Asees Kaur, who would later become his wife. Their collaboration continued with the hit song "Baat Nahi Karni" in May 2020.
