About G Herbo
Herbert Randall Wright III (born October 8, 1995) was born in Chicago, Illinois, United States. He is an American rapper. He is professionally known as G Herbo (formerly Lil Herb). In 2011, when he was just 16, he signed with the Chicago-based record label Machine Entertainment Group. This label helped him release his first mixtape, "Welcome to Fazoland," in 2014. Later that same year, he released another mixtape called "Pistol P Project." Over the next few years, he continued to release more mixtapes like "Ballin Like I'm Kobe" in 2015 and "Strictly 4 My Fans" in 2016.
G Herbo's first studio album, "Humble Beast," came out in 2017 through Cinematic Music Group. This album was praised by many critics. In 2018, he worked with a record producer named Southside to release "Swervo," which was his first major label release through Epic Records. They also released a sequel called "Still Swervin" in 2019. His third album, "PTSD," was released in 2020 and reached the top ten of the Billboard 200 chart. His fourth and fifth albums, "25" in 2021 and "Survivor's Remorse" in 2022, also did very well, with "25" being his first project with Republic Records.
