Amrinder Singh Dhillon (born August 24, 1991) was born in Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab, India. He is an Indian Punjabi singer and songwriter. He is professionally known as Dilpreet Dhillon. Dhillon completed his schooling at Sant Ishar Singh Ji Memorial Public School in Ludhiana. He comes from a family of music lovers, and his brother's name is Manpreet Dhillon.
After finishing his schooling, Dhillon decided to pursue his further studies in New Zealand. Upon completing his graduation, he started working as a truck driver to earn money for his passion for music. He faced numerous rejections from various record labels when he asked to collaborate on a song. Despite the setbacks, Dilpreet remained determined and focused on achieving his dreams of becoming a successful musician.
Finally, in 2014, Dilpreet Dhillon made his debut with his first song, "Gunday No. 1". The song instantly became a massive hit and gained a huge response from the audience, propelling him to stardom in the Punjabi music industry. Over the years, Dilpreet has come out with numerous chart-topping hits such as "Gulab", "Gunday Returns", "Thar Vala Yaar", "Shreaam Apni", "Fire Bolde", "Yaar Khade Ne", and many more.
In 2016, Dhillon faced a difficult situation when fake pictures of his car accident went viral over social media, creating confusion and chaos among his fans. However, he managed to overcome the situation and continued to focus on his music career.
On 15th January 2018, Dilpreet Dhillon got married to Amber Dhaliwal, and later, he released his pre-wedding music video, which he himself sang. Dilpreet initially started his career as a singer and later made his debut as an actor in the Punjabi movie "Once Upon A Time In Amritsar". Dilpreet Dhillon's melodious voice, soulful lyrics, and energetic performances have made him one of the most sought-after Punjabi singers today. His dedication to music and hard work are an inspiration to many aspiring musicians, and he continues to entertain his fans with his soulful music.
