About Diana Ross
Diana Ross, born on March 26, 1944, is a legendary American singer and actress, widely recognized as the "Queen of Motown." She was the lead singer of The Supremes, Motown's most successful group in the 1960s, with 12 number-one hits on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100. Some of their iconic songs include "Where Did Our Love Go," "Baby Love," and "Stop! In the Name of Love." The Supremes are still regarded as the best-charting female group in history.
After leaving the Supremes in 1970, Ross launched a successful solo career, starting with her self-titled debut album. Her hit single, "Ain't No Mountain High Enough," became her first number-one solo song in the U.S. She continued to enjoy success with albums like Touch Me in the Morning (1973) and Diana Ross (1976), producing chart-topping singles such as "Love Hangover" and "Upside Down." In 1981, her duet with Lionel Richie, "Endless Love," became one of the most successful songs of her career.
